S.T.E.M.

The curriculum we use is Savvas Experience Science (OPEN EXTERNAL LINK).

Savvas Experience Science makes science fun, inclusive, and hands-on. A team of scientists and content experts created the activities, videos, and songs bringing Science content to life.

Students are taught by our Science Teacher, Ms. Beare.

Students study math daily. The curriculum we use is Amplify Desmos Math (OPEN EXTERNAL LINK). 

"Amplify Desmos Math combines and connects conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and application. Lessons are designed with the Proficiency Progression™, a model that provides teachers with clear instructional moves to build from students’ prior knowledge to grade-level learning."

Students also have access to ST Math (OPEN EXTERNAL LINK) ST Math is "...a PreK-8 visual instructional program that leverages the brain's innate spatial-temporal reasoning ability to solve mathematical problems. ST Math’s unique, patented approach provides students with equitable access to learning through challenging puzzles, non-routine problem solving, and informative feedback. With ST Math, students build deep conceptual understanding, and schools see proven, repeatable results."
