    The ideal candidate will create engaging, real-life learning experiences and employ differentiated small-group instruction, problem-solving tasks, and technology integration during instruction. A commitment to multicultural appreciation, teamwork, and mutual respect is essential.
     
    Familiarity with the Science of Reading and the Danielson Framework for Teaching is a plus as we promote student engagement, higher-order thinking, and project-based learning opportunities.
