  • New After-School Program for Pre-K Through 2nd Grade

    We are delighted to offer a new after-school program specifically designed for our youngest students. Run by Trail Blazers camps, the Under One Sky program fosters critical thinking, a sense of wonder for the world around us, and respect for self, others, the community and the environment. Students can participate in one, two, three, four or five days a week. The program runs from 2:30 to 6 p.m. Tuition is on a sliding scale and scholarships are available.

  • We won! P.S. 241 will get $350,000 to upgrade the science lab

    Thank you to everyone who came out and voted in City Council District 35's participatory budgeting campaign. P.S. 241 was the top vote-getter -- more than 1,600 people cast votes for the $350,000 we need to put sinks and running water in our science lab. We thank the community and City Councilmember Laurie Cumbo's office for supporting our school!

    More than one in five New York City households don't have home access to high-speed internet. The ConnectED Library Hotspot Loan Program is a collaborative program by New York Public Library, Brooklyn Public Library, Queens Public Library and Department of Education to provide thousands of NYC K-12 students with free Internet access for the rest of the school year.
